If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please send the unused item(s) back to us in their condition with all relevant paperwork, postage, and receipts attached. This must be done within 30 days from the date the items were shipped for a full refund or exchange. No refund or exchange will be available for any item that: (i) is returned used or (ii) received by us after 30 days from the date on which the item was shipped. Such items will be dealt with at our sole discretion and will not be returned. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please note that we are not liable for any item which is sent back to us until the item is received (and subject to our return policy). Shipping charges are non-refundable. Upon receiving your returned item and after processing your request, we will send you an email confirming the refund (subject to our return policy). The refund can only be issued to the credit/debit card that was used to purchase the item(s), or to the bank account where the wire transfer was made from. In cases where a gift is received, please note that a refund will not be credited to you; you may exchange your item for one that is of equal or higher value and we will charge you the difference. Please indicate on your invoice which item(s) you are returning, and whether you’d like a refund or exchange (if exchange, please also list, where applicable, requested items such as colors and sizes).
